The gemarra talks about someone who cohabits with a betrothed slavewoman.
Does a slavewoman have a Ketubah, Chuppah, etc...?
a. If yes, why is the punishment only Asham, and not one for Adultry?
b. If no, then what is the meaning of a marriage without Ketubah...? isn't that a Pilegesh? Why not just use a pilegesh, instead of a slavewoman. (or is that the same thing then...?)
