I heard a cute pshat today, when we mentioned Ben Bag Bag today in the gemara:

Ben Bag Bag and Ben Hay Hay were both geirim. The gematria of 'Bag' is 5, which is the same gematria of Hay. The letter Hay was the letter added to the first 'converts,' Avraham and Sarah.
