Hmmm. Good question. tongue.gif Id' say for starters that I'm weird because I'm scared of swimming in the ocean. My friends are always teasing me about it. I already posted that once in a thread about ppl's phobia's but I think it got deleted.

What makes you weird?

Well for one thing, I slipped up the other day and used the word innebriated when I meant 'totally wasted'. When I'm worked up, I slip into higher vocab even among fellow teenagers. It's kinda embarressing at times.

Being weird is based on how other people view how you are. So why don't you tell me what makes me weird?

No, it's not. It's how I look at it, just the same way people see it as weird.

Don't get all excited it isn't in existence yet. You make up a name.

When I was six years old, I won an award at the daycamp banquet for being unique. And I wondered why all the women laughed.

And I'm weird for a few things. The only obvious way (I think) is that I don't quite fit into my community. I (and my husband) are neither here nor there.

You are. But you should still get on depression meds. People with high IQs have a higher risk of suicide - especially if they're poets.

Well just so you feel special, I did a huuuuuuuuge report on gifted kids and almost every gifted kid is depressed at some point in ther life (for a variety of reasons, but I dont want to hijack this thread...) and i guess if there is a higher depression rate, then theres a higher suicide rate I would suppose...
But the whole poets thing- poets know how to channel their depression into something specific, so they probably would resort less to suicide ch'v.
