My grandmother was just told she has cancer and will be getting back test results tomorrow to see if she needs surgery..

Went to visit her last night. looked exhausted but still my bub! They say they still need to do more surgery as not all was removed..blargh

(I hate to come on solely for this..)

yes, that too, tho there's still chemo to start after pesach, so..

You are forunate still to have her around. Keep in mind -- there are peope who just die unexpectedly and we may daven for the complete refuah shlemiah -- and more importantly we need to be patient with oursleves and keep in mind that Hashem is making all the plans for us.

chemo starts today..I seriously tried convincing her to get a blue wig..didn't work :shrug:

small update..she was hospitalized two days ago for dehydration and averse reaction to the harsh chemo drugs. We're hoping she's out for yom tov..
