He just got here. What's he supposed to do 'till he learns proper English - go on wellfare? He's looking for an honest job, not a $75K salary.

It's not hard to find a job in South Florida; Florida has one of the strongest economies in the nation. I'm not sure why you would say that.

Miami is exempt from that rule. English is quite optional here. I know quite a few people that are quite successful and their English skills are that of a 3rd grader. True, most of those people speak Spanish and not Hebrew.

There are a lot of Israelis here. I lot of them work in the kiosks in the malls in Broward county; although I have no idea what the reason behind that is.

Sorry, I agree with Brianna. There are many jobs he could do without being an expert in the English language. He never said he was specifically looking for a professional job.
