I'm posting for a friend.
I am a 20 year old married woman who needs a job in yerushalayim or beitar, kiryat sefer, etc. basicly doing anything. But it has to be off the books because I'm not an Israeli. And I don'y speak fluent Ivrit.
So anybody need a secretary, saleswoman, typist, english teacher? If you come up with anything PM Avigail.

If youre Jewish, it should be pretty easy to get citizenship or if married to a Jew/Israeli.

No offense to any zionists here but I have no desire to become an Israeli citizen.
Any ideas on what kind of business I should create? A small one of course...

You can check out IDT, located in Har Chotzvim. It's an international call center so you don't need Hebrew and they arange work permits. It's not hard to get in, but most the jobs availible are during night hours.

You don't need to be a zionist to become an Israeli citizen.

You can get work permits without citizenship, but your employer will basically need to make a case that they need you, a foreign worker, because your skill set hasn't been matched by an Israeli passport holder applying for the job. IDT is a case in point. I never had trouble getting my work permit years ago in a totally different field of work. BTW, legally, the tax rate for tourists is higher than for citizens, and you need a "patur mas" to keep your tax rate the same as a citizen.

If you're going to build a business, you ought to pay taxes to keep everything legal. There is also the option of building a US based business and paying your US taxes from here.
