Im thinking of making Aliyah, you I know.....
Are there any shtachim with a big English speaking community? I speak Hebrew 100% but am interested to know. I have a meeting with the Aliyah shliach this week.
Does anyone know if I will have to go to the Tzava?

Efrat, Alon Shvut, Neve Daniel, Neve Aliza, Chashmonaim, all are at least partially english speaking. Neve Aliza and Efrat are mostly english, while the others have an english speaking population.

There is no new or second-hand housing available for sale at this time. Rentals are also generally not available.

There are Anglos all over the shtachim, some places are more so than others but you can find some English speakers in many places. Might help the Israelis if you gave them some idea of what else you wanted--size, religious level, do you need to be within easy reach of J'lm or T-A, etc...
