OK now Puppy Bowl, for those that don't know, is where they put a whole bunch of super cute puppies in a big pen with football markings on it, and train a camera on it for 6 hours.
oh and it's on during the Super Bowl.

Yes, I am having guests. I think they might be upset at first, but when they see how cute the puppies are and how much fun the show is, they'll be happy I changed the channel. Also, I'm sure I can come up with some good drinking games for the watching the puppies.

how are you going to come up with drinking games after one of your guests knocks you out cold on the floor?

great let us know what the games are! like maybe you have to drink a shot when one of the puppies falls asleep on top of another one. or when someone bites someone's ear.

I'm going to be having the most productive Super Bowl Sunday ever, earning $15/hr doing data entry at school. Worth missing the puppies, if you ask me.

I bet you can find a way to make much more than that if you are willing to provide Superbowl halftime entertainment.

It's surprising how close this actually came to happening. If people would have been drinking more, he probably would have been knocked out.

wtvr you guys missed the cutest puppies. from time to time a yellow flag would be thrown in for unneccessary roughness. a guy would come in and do puppy substitutions. there was a bowl cam from the bottom of the water bowl which was cute when puppies would stand in it to drink, or dunk their toys in it. at one point they showed a shot of a room with puppies sitting in lawn chairs watching the puppy bowl and barking at the TV. really really cute.

my soon to be husband is a very enthusiastic and loud bears fan so i'm pretty sure i had a better night last night.

Who's fronting? I readily admit that after the game was over I watched a good 75 minutes of Puppy Bowl. I like the the 3 Samoyed puppies (the white ones) and the Golden Retriever the best. Also, it was really funny when the one of the black Labs laid down in the water bowl.


I enjoyed having people over and that made the time watching the SB more enjoyable overall. But, in terms of actually watching the game and watching the dogs, I found Puppy Bowl much more entertaining and fun.

The Puppy Bowl was awesome! But the kitty half-time show went on way too long. I wanted the puppies back.

yes - me too. kitties aren't nearly as interesting.

You should make a poll to find out which is more interesting- puppies or kittens in bowls.

please, no poll necessary. Puppies are objectively cuter and more worthy of my attention. Kittens aren't bad, but they do grow up to be cats, which doesn't earn them any point from this camp.

Cuteness is an objective trait? Worthiness of your attention sounds very subjective as well.
