The photograph, when viewed in my opinion, is breathtaking due to the enormity of depth expressed through nature vs. the minute, and yet eccentuated, presence of man. Thus, it takes my breath momentarily just like the first inhalation of morning air when stepping outside the warmth of one's home. Also, at either moment, whether viewing this photograph or inhaling that first slice of morning breath, it leaves the mind blank for words; sinking in the stillness of quiet reflection. Thus, the comparitive relation.
