Why dont they want to display my Annual Credit Report online?
If the information I am going to submit to them by mail is the same as the information I entered online... why will that work or be any better?

who is "they"? The credit report company? Are they saying they can't find you, or just that they can't display it for some reason?
I was able once to get mine free online using my SSN; there is a website that allows you to do it for free (not freecreditreport.com), I think it was a gov't website, but I can't remember...

they = the website Equifax/emperian/transunion set up where you get one report free a year.
the message I get is
We're sorry, for your protection we are unable to deliver your [company name] Free Annual Credit Report on the internet. There are a number of reasons that we may be unable to fulfill your request online. You may have a Security Freeze on your credit file, an Active Duty Military or Fraud Alert, or the identification information submitted online may not match the information on file.
Did they never update my married name/address/etc even though I changed the paperwork over 2 years ago??!!
