I've actually had quite a bit of correspondence with them (I was a potential donor for a 12-year-old Leukemia patient back in May), and they seemed very organized.
Then they have bad taste in PR reps.

Why don't you work out an Excel sheet for them, with a custom formula to arrange dates based on manpower and distance between locations, instead of being so cynical and critical???

Who says it's an 'official' PR person?? That could be me playing good samaritan..
Hit up their website. The schedule's usually there. They're organized. I signed up to volly with them about 2 weeks before they came to a college campus in my area. Spoke with JF's parents. Good people. Had great time with swabbing the quadrants and explaining to ppl just how to do it and..anyway. It's a great organization thta's filling a huge niche..
