This is a request to all members. Can we please stop using all these acronyms and terms that only half the posters here understand?
I get that your SDJ is hot and your DH, your DD and your BB are all coming to visit you for YT. Great, I come here because it's mindless entertainment, stop making me have to think to figure out your worthless posts.

Thank you.

Since you mentioned it, can you please tell me what SDJ refers to? Thanks.

I really have no idea what it stands for, all I know is it's someone you are dating or your fiance or something.

Maybe it's to confuse DH (he might not know what a SDJ is).

dear daughter (the same idea as DH - dear husband)

BB - i thought the same as you, but never saw it in posts.

ok, i'm very embarassed and have no patience to browse wiki, but for non-french-speakers (i know, it's probably part of general intelligence, nothing to do with french), once and for all, what does "du jour" part mean? previous? last? present?

Is it really better to use the acronyms with half the people thinking that you are talking about your dirty diaper and big breasts"?

Which means it's not Hebrew. Also, it's stupid.

It's often clear from the context. For example, "I took my BB to the park and we had a good time with DH."

and when it's not, it's often more interesting understood the wrong way

I don't actually know what BB stands for but "beautiful baby" was suggested. To which you added that it might be confused with "big breasts". I just wrote a sample sentence incorporating both.

See? Both of these are way more interesting than "I took my beautiful baby to the park and we had a good time with darling husband."
