Tip: Guys have a phase called "Glitter Girl."

(If you are a self-respecting lady you don't want to be called one.)

Basically it means someone is "all glitter." The idea is someone really beautiful doesn't need shiny things to make her look better. So someone called a "glitter girl" would be someone that just dresses sexy but is not really so pretty. You could be a called glitter girl even without dressing too trashy. It's a sheker hachain type of thing. I guess is it also associated with woman that wear a lot of glitter.

Does is make you more attractive? Probably. But most guys could see through it if they care too.

I always thought it was weird. Some eyeshadows have a very slight sparkle that only shows up in certain lights, it looks really nice.

You say Glitter Eyeshadow and I think "teenybopper"

There's a very subtle line by Revlon called, "Sweet Nothings" that's nice.

Eyeshadows with subtle glitter can look quite classy and NOT cheap. But anything too bright with crazed glitter...too much for my taste.
Urban Decay and MAC have plenty of nice & gentle "glittery" shades.

Guys have a phrase called “Glitter Girl” or guys go through a phase in which they become “Glitter Girls?”

I don't know about glitter eyeshadow, but they make overall subtle shimmers for both the face and body which are barely noticeable but look very nice, especially at night.

Right...
I actually like glitter eyeshadow but I refrain from using it since I've always thought it's a faux pas after age 19 or so...

A BIT of glitter can be cute, but too much is very unbecoming.....

I got makeup last spring..and somehow I got my arms twisted into buying a tub of glitter eyeshadow. I like it...but I'm afraid it's too young for me.

And it's hard to get off, too!

Well I don't know how old you are but glitter is definitely an age appropriate item....

Not if you know how to do it, and it gets easier with practice..... You also need the right materials for the job... If you just sit there and rub it with a tissue you will never get anywhere.....
Awesome!
