6 Simple ways to reduce stress
from a leaflet that Dress Barn sent out a while back

Go for a walk - clears your mind, 10 minutes will do

Call a friend - Reaching out reduces your blood pressure, too!

Divide up the household chores - it's not "women's work" any more !

Reduce your caffeine intake - 4 or 5 cups of caffeine will do more than just open your eyes, it'll raise your blood pressure and make you secrete adrenaline

Share a laugh - NEXT MEET, WE WATCH A MOVIE!!!

Get a massage - Your shoulder and neck muslces are the first to hold stress. Bllod flow is reduced when they're tnse for too long..massage releases beta endorphins which are neurochemcials that make you feel more relaxed. yeah, Next Meet, massage AND movie !!!

How about, smile and say "Good morning/ evening" to any old ladies/men (if you're a boy) you pass on your walk. (Which is much easier for some people than using a phone.)

They missed a good opportunity to get more business, surely one of suggestions should have been retail therapy?! I do find it calming, especially when I do not have a tight schedule, or am in need of a specific item. It takes half the fun out when it is purely a functional exercise and not recreational.
