I've been thinking about a lot of the recipes that have been discussed and realized that many of them include lots of sugar and salt. Anybody make an effort to lower consumption of extra salt (like in soup mixes) and sugar (sweet sauces)?

I grew up without added salt, so I almost nevert use it in my cooking…
