I bought a package of Chinese noodles. The pasta type like spaghetti, not the dry crunch ones. What can I make with them? I know stir fry is an option but I'd love to make something new too.

is it the kind that you just soak in hot water instead of boiling like pasta, which are i think rice noodles?

I would make pad thai, or some dish with a peanut/lime twist.

You sould definitely make noodle soup.

Here is a completely vegetarian recipe.

If you can't find kosher-certified miso (which I doubt you'd have problems with) you could substitute it with sesame paste (the one that's used in making tahini)

It can be eaten with togarashi (or any other chili powder) or with wasabi or both for a different more spicy taste.
