Are your dress shoes lace-ups or slip-ons?

But when I did they usually had laces (which were lav davka tied)

Years ago there was a brief stretch when I wore slip-ons. I simply did not know better. :-(

My dress shoes are crocs. Occasionally I will put on a pair of clogs but hardly ever.
