Those words are from a Possuk in mishlei (27:18) perhps you can give a context as to where you saw it cited?

a teacher gave out a page from said sefer of a peirush, from parshas Shelach.

http://www.artscroll.com/Books/st2h.html is hagos b'parshiyos hashavua by Rabbi Yehudah Nachshoni. Great sefer. Perhaps it has a bibliography.
BTW, does anyone know if he wrote anything else?

The one I've seen is a set of two, black, and all in Hebrew, no second cover.
