of course, it does. you just have to be careful not to overdo it with rice, cause otherwise the soup will be very soggy

maybe it wasn't the right word, but if it's too much rice in soup, then it could become like... like... stew and not soup? cause rice expands. what's suprising here? i also put buckwheat in soup sometimes
