Please give advice - need to start varying the menu.

All the stuff you can do with minced meat. Meatballs, stuffed veggies, sloppy joe, deli roll kinda thing wrapped in pastry dough, hamburgers.

Tonight I'm actually planning on trying to make a fleishig lasagne with minced chicken.

chicken pot pie-- died potatoes, carrots, celery, cubed chicken in a thickened chicken broth sauce in a premade pie shell. yum!

Couldn't find one and didn't have any lasagna noodles, so I ended up improvising it into a casserole.

Here's what I did:
Sauteed an onion, added garlic then the pack of meat. Added a can of mushrooms and a cubed zuchini. Cook covered for an hour. Mix into a pack of cooked noodles and add 2-3 eggs and a couple spoons of tomato paste. Pour into pan, top with bread crumbs and cook till ready.

If anyone has a good recipe for fleishig lasagna, please share.

I just dug up an old Binah that had some good recipes for ground meat, and I found a fleishig lasagna. I tried the Meat Roll today and it came out great.
