Is there a program (preferably free) that you can enter musical notes into, set the time, and it will play them for you?

There are many, although I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "set the time".

Thank you, where is there an online one?
(I have notes and meter, need to be able to enter either letters or click on things for it to play.)
