OK, so I baked these fancy looking cookies (from KBD entertains). Don't laugh, but I don't think I've ever made cookies (not really into them). The cookies came off parchment paper, but their filling (kinda of, not jelly, but crushed lollies that give an effect of stained glass) is stuck to the paper. i probably should have thought of it when they were still warmish, but they are very cooled off now.

Any way I can get that paper off that part? (the winner gets to taste it)
existwhere?

You could pull it off.
Or put a candle to the wax paper, it'll burn right away and the fall off the lollipop. (warning: I've never personally tried that.)

that's the problem, i absolutely couldn't pull it off.
if i put a candle to it, won't it melt the candy part as well, along with the paper?

Did you spray the paper before you put the raw cookies down?

Elana
struck.gif no, but the outside part of cookies came off fine (well, they have margarine), it' sthe middle lolly part i'm having problems with...

will i have to chew lollies with paper?

Try putting the sheets in the freezer for half an hour. They should peel off easily (I never tried, but should work).
