I once had these insanely-great latkes made of farmer cheese (I don't even think there were pot. in them!); does anyone use this recipe?? (I can very well google a random one online too..I'd much prefer one you've personally ta/ested). Tnx.

I think I made ones once from the Spice and Spirit cookbook. They basically just consist of farmer's cheese, flour, eggs, and sugar.
