I use Outlook Express 6 for my emails. I want to back up all the inbox emails and the address book - I want to transfer them to a memory stick and then paste them on to another computer as backup in case this computer ever crashes. How do I find the relevant files in the C drive to copy?

Thank you so much - that was perfect and even I could follow the instructions.

do a search for *.dbx files, usually in a folder something like this
C:\Documents and Settings\{user profile name}\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{111EDE4-E111-000B-00EE-00F111CD1111}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

just copy like anyother file and you are good to go, if you have OE6, it is good to delete any garbage you have as having a over large .dbx file can cause your computer to act funky
