Put salmon in a tin, dump basically anything on it (teriyaki sauce + sesame seeds, whatever spices you pull out of the cabinet, tomato sauce + cut up veggies/salsa, lemon juice +white wine, etc.), put in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes, depending on thickness.
Alternatively, make in a pan on the stovetop.
put in pan
pour Mikee teriyaki sesame sauce over it
bake at 350 until done
eat.

spice with standard roasting spices, and bake
mixture of honey, mayo, lemon juice, garlic...spread over, put in some cut out veggies, cover and bake. can also be served cold
there is a good sweet and sour recipe with vinegar, sugar, etc that you boil the salmon in, but I have no measurements...

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly salt fish. Combine olive oil & balsamic vinegar (about 1/4 c. oil for 4 fillets) and fresh parsley or basil or both, pepper and crushed garlic. Mix well and pour over fish. Bake no more than 25 minutes.

IMO, the best salmon that I ever had was the salmon that my sister made for her daughter's bat mitzvah. All she did was put on salt and pepper, and baked it in the oven, and it was heaven. Simple is sometimes better.
