Is there an online calendar available for me and my wife to update our weekly schedules that we can BOTH make changes to? I've heard of something called google apps, but am not sure if more than one party can make changes.

also, i want to set up an online spreadsheet of our budget/shidduch lists/idea chart/projects etc that we bth have access to and can both edit. is there such a tool out there?

Google Docs & Google Calendar allow sharing/editing.

if i was using exchange server, then i would set up accounts for people who i want to see my calendar/contacts. but im looking for something simple and web based so i dont need my own computer to see my schedule.

Google docs never made me enter in a domain name. Never used calendar...

I agree with Google Calendar. It is awesome. I have tons of calendars that I can view as I need.

We use Airset. Syncs to outlook (he uses I don't) palm (I use, he doesn't) and is an online app. LOVE IT. NEver had a lick of trouble. Emails me the next days calendar each night.

We each keep our own calendar in one colour, but can see the others and my daughters. We also have all the chagim and zmanim visable and in another colour.

Check out Cozi.net or .com. I haven't used it, but I know that it's a family calendar and should work for you.
