Those who live by the sword, die by the sword. The cycle of violence always catches up to these militants and bites them in the ####. The question is, won't the cycle of violence also catch up to those who kill them?
Do these people need to be killed in self-defense? I suppose many of them do. But it doesn't mean that killing them doesn't carry a price too. Enough reason not to rejoice...
There are situations when you need to kill in self-defense, and there are situation when you need to turn the other cheek. The lack of ability to do either, or to discern when which is appropriate usually carries a very high price.

In March 2001, Shehada dispatched a car bomb to the capital's Talpiyot neighborhood that wounded five people. Later that year he sent two suicide bombers who blew up in separate incidents and wounded close to 50 people.
According to the sources, Shehada had escaped several previous attempts by security forces to kill him.
