Untill know I have just written the following:

Dean’s Honor List, Brooklyn College
Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society, Brooklyn College
am I automatically Magna ###### Laude if I had a gpa of 3.6?

Basically each school has it's own definition of what their standard is for Magna c u m Laude. If they didn't give it to you, and your potential employer is a graduate of the same school this won't necessarily look good. A 3.69 GPA is very good, not to mention the Dean's list and the Honor Society.

no...check the transcript; the honors designation should be noted there. if you did in fact graduate MCL, you should mention it on the resume.
if appropriate in your field, include the GPA (4.0 scale is assumed unless otherwise noted) too; you might also include the major field GPA, especially if it's higher than the overall.

There's several sites where you can make all kinds of signs like that. These came from txt2pic.com
