I don't think you can find any in SH. If you go to GG or Hendon there should be plenty.

I've seen it in containers, produced by "marcus's", (which is glatt, not kedassia i think), in local kosher supermarkets in golders green.

According to KosherQuest.org, nori doesn't require a hechsher, but you should still check it for shrimp that can stick onto the sheets.

Oh that, i think there is a health-food or foreign-food store at the end of Cazenove Road that sells it but I'm not sure.

The seaweed from Keifang, it's actually nothing but crispy deep fried shredded cabbage, same as all other chinese restaurants, they just call it seaweed.
