I am very stressed out ALL THE TIME, to the point where I am immobilized by it. Should I go on medication? Anyone know of anything I could take? Or do?

Try creating a personal blog. It might help you organize your thoughts and help you prioritize.

From now until you've finished stressing out, say NO to everything that you get asked to do. You are probably overextending yourself.

Also, try yoga.

Have you taken on more responsibilities than what a normal human can accomplish in a 24-hour day allowing time for sleep, recreation and personal care?
If not can you prioritize those responsibilities and drop those of least priority?

Do you have anxiety attacks?
Do you have physical symptoms?
How is your blood pressure?
How is your appetite?
Are you sleeping normally?
Do you have trouble concentrating?
Do you have trouble making decisions?
Do you have any inexplicable feelings of guilt?
Are you on any kind of medication?

Any over-the-counter drug you can get your hands on, and as much as you can get your hands on.

What are your physical symptoms?

There is a possibility you could either be suffering from either Panic disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder or Depression. (These could only be accurately diagnosed in person) You definitely should go to therapy, preferably to a therapist specializing in Cognitive-Behavioral therapy. You might also benefit from medication which would be prescribed by a doctor. (I would guess Xanax/Ativan and/or Paxil/Zoloft)
You might benefit from herbal remedies like St. John's Wort and from physical exercise, but you should not do this to the exclusion of consulting a specialist.

ETA: You should monitor your blood pressure to rule out hypertension ASAP, and before you embark in any form of physical exercise.

May you have a refuah shleimah.

Or it could be a very mild case of stress coupled with Tension Myositis Syndrome, with the accompanying physical pain causing additional stress and making it hard for her to concentrate on other things. Some of the underlying stress is no doubt whatever is causing the feelings of guilt.

I find that highly improbable. Difficulty concentrating and unexplained feelings of guilt are common symptoms of anxiety and depression.

-->At any rate any recommendation that stops short of suggesting she should check her blood pressure and be at least assessed by a mental health professional to be irresponsible.<--
