What do you know about ...Egyptian Cotton?

I put two blouses on hold at Sym's Bash that are made of 100% Egyptian cotton. The care lables do not say "iron"; they say to was inside out on cold and then put in the dryer for 5 minutes to take out the wrinkles.

I'm definitely not going to iron anything; anyone has any experience with such cotton?
