QUOTE(sfas emes email from torah.org)
PS. A word about dialogue. Many people have the practice of saying to the person who has yahrzeit : "The Neshama should have an aliya." The person who has yahrzeit responds :"And Klal Yisroel should have a yeshu'a." To which one replies: "Ahd bi'as Hagoel". And as a parting good wish, one adds, "Bime'hayra be'yameinu."

I have the sources here in a sefer Kol Bo Le-Yahrtzeit. B'n I'll scan it for you before shabbat if I remember and have a chance.

It's from the sefer, Kol Bo Le-yahrtzeit, which is a two-volume work by R. Aharon Levine. He is a Toronto rabbi, and I believe he was the principal at Ner Israel here although I heard that he only learns now.

Those are two separate parts of the statement. One wishes a refuah for the sick and a yeshua for the healthy.
Mind you, I'm not sure why a berachah for the sick should not be a yeshua as well!;
1. aren't the sick going to become healthy when mashiach comes anyway?
2. even if the sick are not going to become healthy anyway, would a sick person rather be healthy or see the yeshuah for klal yisrael?
