....can they go into a bar on YT, or do they all need to stay at home?

1. A blind person may not go out with his cane.

Seriously? Like today, or does halachah change? I assume today we consider a blind man's cane like the cane of a lame person who can't go out without it, by why wouldn't that kuntz have been applied back then? And can't a blind man simply be led by a sighted person, so really, there's no excuse for a cane even today.

2. One may not go out on a seat on Yom Tov unless he is a man who is required by many..

Seriously? You can't push someone in wheelchair today, or does halachah change?

3. Can you lead a pet with a leash on YT?

Before checking any of these lehalacha- I'd say that 1 and 2 just show how important it is to make an eiruv, and how those who are opposed to creating an eiruv are inconsiderate.
I'm sure some of the rabbis who oppose an eiruv would say it didn't even occur to them that it could create sheilos or even a michshol for people with disabilities, bringing into question if they're really leaders of the *entire* community.
