The other week I had this yummy knish? boreka? made out of a piece of rolled up Malawach dough with sauteed onions and cabbage inside.

Does anyone know the recipe for this? It seems easy, but I dont know if any spiced are involved or how I should bake it.

sauté the cabbage and onions the add some salt, pepper, lemon juice, maybe some garlic powder and cumin if you like that. put in the malawach and roll it up, bake it (some ppl put an egg wash on it like by challah)
