What federal forms do I need to file for a business at the end of the year?

It depends on the manner in which the business is organized (sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation), whether you have any depreciated assets, and other considerations.

Don't forget state compliance.
If you're a corp, an 1120(-S). Partnership- 1065. Unincorporated- Schedule C with your personal return.
Payroll (940, 941) and sales tax if applicable, but those are year round.
If you're turning a profit you should definitely have an accountant to take the guesswork out of filing.

I'm specifically NOT using an accountant this year. I use the company as an investment vehicle so there is no paycheck or dividend checks written. There is no sales tax or depreciation to speak of and this is an S corp.
