Is there a tzedaka fund in America or in Israel that helps new poor mothers with labor, medical costs, and other such things?

there is this organization in israel, called Efrat, i believe. i know that they help pregnant women (with various expenses) who are considering abortion, to have the baby

I haven't heard of an organization that specifically focuses on maternity but I'd imagine any organization that covered needed medical costs would include it.

I've lived in communities that ran small ones on a local basis. Or, the rabbi might have a fund that he gives out of for cases he knows in the community.

There are places that give out baby clothing, blankets etc.
