This, however, is a lawsuit waiting to happen:
JFK is not Meah Shearim and even in the USA a plane is not the Monsey Bus. If they are the cheapest airline to Israel, non frum people will want to fly it too, and sending women to the back of the airplane virtually guarantees an in air Rosa Parks (not that I think frum people should stand for it either, but I suspect the frum people who find it offensive will tolerate it and grumble).

Actually, they really aren't that cheap... for someone who weights 200 pounds and brings 50 pounds of baggage (which is what ElAl allows), the base cost is $605.25. Add to that taxes, which are probably at least $150, and considering that you have to bring your own food for a 12 hour flight and have zero amenities ($4.00 for a water and $13 for a pillow and blanket?!) and you are paying only marginally less than Israir, which is bare bones but not this bare bones!
This is total BS.
