1) Does Avi know that whatever he is doing is probably going to get him sued by the much classier Craig's List for trademark dilution and/or infringement?

2) Avi claims his is "the largest online Jewish classifieds/martketplace." Has he never heard of www.luach.com? Does he really think his service is larger? How many advertisements does he have on his site? 2 dozen tops? How many states does he cover? Can we sue him for false advertising?

3)Come to think of it, can Luach sue? What does he offer that luach doesn't?

4) What kind of pathetic wannabe is Avi, anyway?

Are the websites similar, or are you just saying that on the basis of the names? If so, I doubt that there would be any case, as "List" is very descriptive and I don't think Craig's List is that famous a mark.

Speaking of Trademarks, why does New Square have written on the side of its cartons: "Tropicana - * For comparison only." What comparison? They aren't making any comparison; they are just throwing the trademark Tropicana onto the side of their carton. Are they hoping that someone will see that and think they are picking up a carton on Tropicana juice? That would be a stronger case for infringement.
