Find me just one case where that has happened. You might be able to drive a Hummer but I doubt you could make sense of a Hoover.
Fine, but at least the dust that they don't spit out will be securely stored inside and not lead to the growth and development of any kind of unwanted bacteria.
Collecting dust into another receptacle, such as a dust pan, and leaving it there, can lead to such consequences.
