I did ctrl z and lost a HUGE amount of text that I wrote up in email. How do I get it back? I did ctrl Y and it doesn't work. Boohoo!!

Ye, that's what I have it set to.
Try this one: ctrl+alt+cmd+8 (too bad, screen shots don't work with that effect; it's pretty cool!)
