The Tur seems to me to be saying melacha on chol hamoed is de-rabbanan. WHich is fine, but why doesn't he mention that it's a machloket and cite those rishonim who hold it's d'orayta?

Seeing the Beis yosef here it appears that he does mention them [the RIF[ in siman 536.
