So I picked this up because it was kosher and I'm trying to find new sources of protein. I have never heard of this fish. What is it and what can I do with it? (And why is it more expensive than salmon??)

accolade
Haddock?

haddock is what you get at the chippy in the north of England... basically firm white fish. I'd fry it.

expensive because 1) cheap farmed salmon is on sale and 2) lots of quotas for haddock (and cod).

Frying is not an option because (a) I'm too lazy and (cool.gif I'm eating the danged thing as part of a plan to lose weight.

Any other options?
