What usually gets played after the chuppah? I need a couple suggestions please.

After the chuppah? Well for starters, "Od Yishoma" is, to put it gently, fairly popular.

Can you suggest a specific one? I'm going through everything I've got and nothing seems to work. I need it to start on a bang.

cuz half the time the band won't listen to your requests anyways. My brother wanted to come into the techno version of either Monday night football or Fox Football, can't remember which one, I lost it...anyways, he gave them a CD of it and told them a billion times that they better play it, and they did.
But unless you specifically request something, they won't do it, they'll just to the typical, and even when you request sometimes they won't. I'll just yell at them if they don't do what I want.

See? There it is again. Dont get me wrong, its a very catchy tune and perfect for an intro to the first dance. But everyone uses it. Wheres our imagination?

What? He used the intro to Fox Football...I've never seen that before...until Shwekey used it on his wedding CD...we all thought that was the weirdest thing that he used it.
I would either do that or something else funky. I hate how everything is so predictable at weddings. Except at my brother's wedding instead of using Od Yishoma by the badekin they did a slow tune and we didn't know he was coming until we saw this mass of black coming towards us.

Oh...well, I haven't really been to a wedding in chu''l in quite a while...the two in the summer had the typical intro that they always have, I don't remember what song it is but it's the one that they use in camp also, the one when they're making an announcement...that one. I don't remember what they played at my friend's wedding here, tho. But I'm getting really sick of that camp song. It's so overused. And it's not even that fun and jumpy, it doesn't really get you in the mood to dance...

Maybe its just because with the buildings being so condensed, the entire Yerushalayim would start shaking, the air-raid sirens would go off, the yassams would be running around like chickens without heads and an entire force of bochurim would start rioting just for the heck of it, all because of a wedding.There you go, you compose something new.

I was thinking more along the lines of guitar...I was supposed to learn but had to go to NY for my brother's wedding during the course, so I missed most of the classes...

Here we go again. The one instrument that the entire world seems to think they're good at.

lol...it was a school thing, so the options were guitar, sign language, self defense (which I'd already taken and got certified in) or baking, and since I wasn't interested in participating in any of the other options, guitar was it, and it was kinda fun (for the one class I actually was in the country for). I'd really rather learn drums.

Now that wouldnt bother the neighbors at all...

I don't have room in my apt for a drumset.

There's no snow on the ground, it snowed for 5 minutes (maybe) and the ground was too wet for it to stick on. And I'm only super sarcastic when I'm overtired.
