Ingredients
approx 3 lb roast, any kind
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
1/2 cup water
16 oz cranbery sauce, any kind
16 oz tomato sauce, any kind
1 clove garlic, diced
Ya sautee your vegetables a little then add your meat and brown well on all sides. Add your sauces and spices and cook, for at least an hour, and then let cool a little bit so you can handle the meat. Slice and return to pot until serving.
