The last line of the Tur says you can't intend to do your melachah on CHM, like to purposefully put it off to CHM, and if you do, you can be fined by beit din, and then it says if you die, we don't fine the kids in his stead.
We would have fined the kids? There's a hava amina we go after the kids for that sort of thing?

I think that it means fine\mafker those things of the melacha that was done on the Moed.
