Oh, I dont know about land sizes but I heard you can get a house for like $300,000, and its not far far from jerusalem either. And its got the benefit of being in E'Y.

We would only buy land/property in E"Y. I was only pointing out how comparitively expensive it is. Not compared with NW London, though, that's totally ridiculous.
just FYI, 1 dunam = 1000 m2 = 1/4 acre (roughly).
3.2 dunams is a huge plot in Israel, so will not come cheap!
