1. The Tur explains why we fast on 17 be-tammuz and not on 9 be-tammuz as we would expect from the scriprture - because 17 be'av was the relevant date for the second BHM.
But why doesn't the Tur deal with difficulties of the specific dates 3 Tishrei and 9 be'av and 13 adar also not being scripturally adduced?

2. The Tur had a few verses to choose from to demonstrate that 10 be-teivet is a bad day: Melachim Beit 25:1, Yirmiyahu 52:4, and Yechezkel 24:1.
Why did the Tur opt for the verse from Yechezkel and neither of the other two similar verses?
