What's the difference between torah im derech eretz and torah umadda in the context of Modern Orthodox philosophy?
What are the implications of those philosophies and what follows from acceptance of either?
Does one need to subscribe to either to be considered Modern Orthodox? Can one subscribe to both simultaneously?
Why are those philosophies associated with branches of Modern Orthodoxy specifically and are those philosophies rejected by non-MO Orthodox?

One could argue that those who subscribe to Torah umadda don't have derech eretz, and those who have derech eretez don't have madda.

I can't think of a work that could serve as an official "rejection" of MO "philosophy" solely on philosophical or theological grounds. In fact I can hardly think of a character who would be both qualified in writing such a work and interested in doing so. I'm pretty sure the rejection, if any, is mostly practical and pragmatical.
