Do you avoid cow's milk? If you do, do you drink rice or soy? Are you concerned about the linkage of soy products and estrogen levels?

No.
Yes (soy).
No-au contraire - the estrogen in soy products is estriol which is weaker than most of the estrogens your body produces, so it might actually help prevent breast/ovarian cancer to some extent.
Almond milk is delicious...

Soy milk is REVOLTING. I can tolerate vanilla flavored rice milk if I am in dire straights...

Plain soy milk is definitely an acquired taste, but I usually have strawberry, orange, apple etc. flavored soy milk which is quite good. (Fruit flavors tend to go better with soy milk than regular milk IMHO)...

We're currently a parve/fleishig household so no cow's milk.
Hubby hates rice milk and I'm allergic to almonds so soy it is.
We like it and neither of us is overly concerned about any health risks (we both looked into the research and consulted a range of medical experts.)

I can't have dairy, so I usually use soy milk. Not overly concerned about the soy estrogen linkage as I don't have it too often. I have Rice Dream if I have to, but I find it has a strange after-taste.

scary...
My house is milchig. I don't especially like any kind of meat... and the knowledge of what sh'chitah involves (both in terms of animal abuse and in terms of corruption) is a further incentive not to eat meat... (at least not kosher meat, but when you rule out treif you're left without meat...)

cows' milk (organic, full fat, since we have an under-2 in the house). Not convinced either way on soya, but soya milk/cheese/'yoghurt' makes me feel queasy and always has.
Rice 'milk' is basically water, nutritionally, so I would never use it as a drink.

those are even worse...!
remember, I have a toddler, so low-cal "milk" drinks are a really bad idea.
