What do you suppose this means?
It means lashon kakodesh will be brought to completion, or shnayim mikra viechad targum will be brought to completion?

I'm not really sure what it's trying to say, although I would hazzard a guess that there are two aspects being addressed here. First, reading the parashah hashbua' in leshon haqqodesh should stir not only your soul, but the additional soul as well. However, just as intuitive knowledge is not complete without analytical application, targum (which, IMHO should be the current lingua franca and not necessarily Aramaic) stirs the mind by facilitating understanding. Thus, we have the spiritual (dare I say mystical?) stimulated and completed by the intelectual.

You can expand the language with Aramaic.

Never heard of it before, but it looks like you can download it from a torrent. I'm getting some strong Mozeson vibes.

I try not to do torrents. I've written too many papers about copyright infringement to be able to do it and sleep at night.
